Recipe: Substitutes for Evporated Milk

Tips and Tricks
Condensed milk can't but substituted for evaporated milk, it has sugar in it and is thicker.

Here are substitutes for evaporated milk:

light cream / half & half
or:
heavy cream diluted with milk (half of each)
or:
2/3 cup powdered milk plus 1 cup water
or:
1/3 cup powdered milk plus 1 cup milk
