2 Tbsp baking cocoa
2 Tbsp cream (optional)
2 Tbsp protein powder (0 carb)
4 packets sugar substitute
ice*
Blend all ingredients except for the ice until smooth.
Add ice to your liking.
*Adding a full tray of ice will turn this into the consistency of soft ice cream that you eat with a spoon.
