Recipe(tried): Summer Milk Shake
Beverageshere is a delicious recipe for a good healthy milk shake that i make for me and my wife in the summer
1/4 mango
1 pint strawberries
2 ripe banannas
3 eggs
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup frosen berries (i prefer red but others are good as well)
1 to 3 cups milk
Add all ingredents besides eggs to blender and use liquify setting. Blend for 2 mins. sepperate eg whites and yolks into seperate containers. Add egg whites to blended mixture,Blend for 1 min. add egg yolks to mixture and blend for an additional 1-2 minutes. serve chilled
Also additional milk can be added or taken away for consistancy.on several occasions we feel a little nutty and add some slivered almonds to the mix.
