Recipe(tried): Sunday Dinner ~ Baked Ham and Trimmings

We still can't work outside because we have been inundated with mostquitos after Hurricane Floyd so we did some inside chores. For dinner we had Baked Ham, Green Onion Potato Casserole, Corn in butter sauce (pkg) and Apple Bread. For dessert we had Toll House Chocolate Chips. Here's the recipes:

Green Onion Potato Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
6 to 8 green onions -- chopped with some greens
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/3 cup butter -- melted

Peel, quarter, and boil potatoes until barely tender. Drain, cool and grate on large side of grater. Place in a large bowl.
Gently mix in all other ingredients, except butter.
Place mixture into a greased shallow pan. Top with melted butter.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes ~ until golden.
