Recipe(tried): Sweet and Spicey Nuts

Sweet and Spicey Nuts

2 C Pecans 2 C Almonds 2 C Walnut Halves
6 C Nuts can be of any combination of nuts
1 Egg White 1 1/2 T Water 2/3 C Sugar
1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Corriander
1 tsp Ginger 3/4 tsp Allspice

Combine nuts. Beat egg white and water together until fluffy. Stir in sugar and seasonings. Add in nuts and mix well. Arrange nuts on buttered baking sheet. Bake at 275 for 55 minutes or until brown and crisp. Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to three weeks.
