Recipe: Sweet-Sour Barbecued Ribs

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
SWEET-SOUR BARBECUED RIBS

1 1/4 cups ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
6 lb. back ribs, cut in small pieces

Mix all ingredients except ribs. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare a charcoal grill, and cook ribs for 1 hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally.

Brush ribs with sauce. Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
