Recipe(tried): T & T cooking tip

Misc.

Hi for lack of a better place i want to post this here.

Lately i have been doing a lot with LEMON in my cooking like lemon pork chops or lemon chicken well I picked up some ginger root and now wehn i think lemon i think ginger as well. I simply peal and cut it in if marinateding or shave in my zyliss hand grater(has handle you rotate like the one they use at olive garden for parmesan)

If meat has enough flavor it can come to the table and not have to be STEAMY hot to taste food.

Lemon ginger pork chops are WONDERFUL!! (posted way back in june)

I'm gonna so some more expiramenting and use some fruit juscies anyone else sue them?

thanks & enjoy!
