I think I'm following you around these boards today!

I, too, use fruit juices in cooking all the time. I live in Florida so we have lots of fruit available. I think my favorite recipe using a lot of lemon, for example, is a chicken stir-fry - I think it's addictive! (I'm going to look up and try your lemon pork chops, by the way.)

But I use juices regularly in all types of foods, from appetizers (such as a generous squeeze of lemon in a cocktail sauce) to desserts (such as an orange cake).
