Instead of the plain yellow cake mix for my Coconut Cake which I posted earlier,
how about using this pineapple cake? Then just follow the rest of the Coconut
Cake recipe, poking holes etc.

2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda

Bake in 9x13-inch pan at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

Have you tried doing a search for Pina Colada Cake?
