Recipe: Cranberry Hooty Creeks for Denise

CRANBERRY HOOTY CREEKS JAR MIX

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour mixed with 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecans

Layer the ingredients listed above in a quart jar in order as listed.

Attach recipe below to jar:

CRANBERRY HOOTY CREEKS

In a medium bowl, cream together:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Add the entire jar of ingredients and mix together by hand until well blended.

Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
