I came across your message while "surfing". I have an old Kerr book dated 1982. It has a recipe for Tangy Sweet Mustard that may be what you are looking for.
TANGY SWEET MUSTARD
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 Tablespoons dry mustard
1 Tablespoon turmeric
2 cups vinegar
Mix dry ingredients together. Add vinegar and cook in double boiler until thick.
Pour while hot into jars. Put on caps and screw band firmly tight. Store in refrigerator.*
Hope this helps!

Sorry, but there are currently no safe recipes or methods of canning mustards at home. You will need to make them, and store in the fridge.
