Recipe(tried): Teriyaki Sauce for Stir Fry

Misc.

This is our family favorite for stir fry. Just saute in a little HOT oil whatever meat (bite-sized pieces) you prefer until done (roll in a little flour for thicker sauce and crispier meat if desired), remove to plate, then lightly saute vegetables of choice to "crisp-tender" doneness(we like broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas in pod and baby corn). Add the sauce and put the meat back in and heat until a little thickened. If you like some spice, add crushed red pepper flakes. Serve with rice.

Teriyaki Sauce (also makes a nice marinade)

1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tblsp wine or wine vinegar
2 Tblsp sugar
1 Tblsp brown sugar (light or dark)
1 1/2 teas. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Whisk all ingredients together well in a small bowl.
