Recipe: Texas Two-Step Chicken (using chicken breasts and picante sauce)

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups Pace Picante Sauce
3 Tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cups hot cooked white or brown rice (for serving)
Place chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
Serve with rice.
