Recipe(tried): Thanksgiving Turkey Chili-Buttermilk Marinade

Misc.
This is a recipe that a friend of my Stepmother's made up and it makes the turkey super moist to the point that it barely requires gravy and gives that turkey a slight, pleasant creamy taste.

Ingredients:
1 turkey (any size)
2 quarts of buttermilk
2 cups of sweet chili sauce
1 turkey-baking bag

First of all you rinse the turkey as usual. Put the turkey in the bag and pour in the buttermilk and chili sauce. Fasten the bag as tightly as you can then give the whole thing a bit of a shake to mix the ingredients together. You then put the bag containing the turkey in a couple of grocery bags (anyone who has brined a turkey will know that the baking bags spring a leak after awhile) and then set it in a bucket or large container; I usually use the baking pan for this. Put in the fridge and marinade over night. The next day pour out the marinade and dispose of the bag then rinse the turkey until the water runs clear. Dress the turkey how you normally would and bake it.
