Recipe: Three Bear Porridge (serves 1)

Breakfast and Brunch
THREE BEAR PORRIDGE

3 tbsp. rolled oats, uncooked
1 tsp. sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. chopped apple
1 tbsp. powdered milk
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp. honey

Combine all ingredients except honey in small pan. Heat on medium heat until bubbles. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in honey. Eat and enjoy.

Makes 1 serving
