Recipe(tried): Tiger Surprises

1 lb. white chocolate almond bark (as found in baking section)
About 2 lines of Ritz crackers
Peanut butter

Make sandwich cookies out of the peanut butter and crackers. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan on the stove stirring constant til all is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Use tongs to dip cookies into chocolate. Let excess drip off into pan, and place the chocolate covered cookies onto foil. Let harden.

NOTE: These would be really pretty if you sprinkle with colored sugar or Jimmies for the holiday before the chocolate hardens.
