Recipe: Family-Size Tuna Melt (using biscuit mix)

FAMILY-SIZE TUNA MELT

FOR THE CRUST:
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup milk
FOR THE FILLING:
2 cans (6 oz each) tuna, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tbsp sweet relish
6 slices American cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix baking mix, mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds.

Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangle, 12 x 8 inches, on greased cookie sheet.

Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices.

Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
