Recipe(tried): Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Misc.

1 lb. white chocolate almond bark (this is the big block of chocolate located in the candy, cake and cookie aisle at the store)
1 large bag of pretzels

ON REALLY LOW HEAT, melt the chocolate in a saucepan stirring constant to avoid scorching or burning the chocolate. When ALL chocolate is completely melted and really smooth looking take off of the burner. Place on hotpad on the counter and have a few large pieces of aluminum foil ready (don't spray these--the pretzels won't stick). I used tongs (like you would use for hotdogs on the grill) and I picked up the pretzels from the outer sides (not the top of it that you will see) and coated them in the melted chocolate. Let the excess run off and place on the foil. Do this until all the chocolate is used up. If chocolate starts to reharden in the pot, melt it back down like before.

NOTES: You can also just melt the chocolate as stated above, and use those mini-pretzels and M&M's and just stir the pretzels and M&M's into the chocolate and drop by spoonfuls onto foil.
