Recipe: Try: Mary's Vegetable Bake

I have forgotten where I got this. It sounds easy to make ahead.

Mary's Vegetable Bake

1 16-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables --carrots, broccoli, cauliflower etc.
1 10 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp.pepper
1 4-oz. jar pimientos, drained & sliced
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 2.8 oz. can french fried onions

Thaw and drain vegetables. Place raw in oven-proof dish. Mix remainder of ingredients and add, reserving 1/2 of the swiss cheese and onions to sprinkle over top later. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with reserved cheese and onions and bake 15 minutes more.
