Recipe(tried): Bourbon Baked Beans

Here's one that I've made for years. Everyone likes it and you could put it together the night before and bake it the day of.

Mike Roy's Bourbon Baked Beans

4 (1#) cans baked beans (I use B & M)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup strong coffee
Sliced pineapple
Brown sugar

Combine beans, mustard, chili sauce, molasses, bourbon and coffee in a buttered baking dish.
Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 45 minutes, covered. Remove lid and arrange pineapple on top of beans. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes longer.
