ISO: Make ahead veg. casserole

Im looking for a vegetable dish or casserole that can be made the day before.Im having shredded bbq beef on buns(done in crockpot ) and either macaroni or potato salad which i can also make the day before. Im having company for dinner and i am working that day so id would like to be able to just pop it in the oven to bake or reheat.
Thanks I know someone will come up with something great!
