Recipe(tried): Turkey Carcus Soup

In a stockpot large enough to cover the turkey carcus with water(my last turkey was 22 lbs, and grilled on the gas grill first-this recipe makes LOTS of soup. Place:
1 whole celery, chopped "chunky soup "style
3 lbs carrots, cleaned & chopped "chunky soup" style
2 large onions, cleaned & chopped "chunky soup " style
1/3 cup of chicken soup base
1 head of garlic, cleaned & chopped
1/4 cup dried parsly
1 tablspoon ground pepper.
Simmer together about 1 hour. Get the bones from the soup & strip off the meat & return the meat to the soup. Add thick egg noodles & enjoy !
If you like you could add chopped mushrooms, raw spinach, chopped potatoes, peas, or green beans
