Recipe(tried): Turkey Cranberry Sauce Sandwich

Sandwiches
ok, this isn't diced turkey, but here's the best sandwich for after thanksgiving that i have come up with.

you will need:
turkey (cooked)
turkey gravy
filo dough
cranberry sauce
any other leftovers you wish to add
(such as hash, potatoes, squash, turnip, stuffing, or what have you)

Place filo dough on sheet, make a pocket by folding the dough, and put the stuff you wish inside. Close with fork around the edges.

Bake for as long as your filo dough recommends, all other ingredients are already cooked. This can be served hot with extra gravy, or can be refrigerated for a day or two without too much squishiness from the wet ingredients.

Makes a great fancy looking meal from leftovers, or convenient yet wonderful sandwiches.

I realize this isn't the sandwich sought, but perhaps one will enjoy this sandwich as well.
