ISO: devonshire sauce

ok, so i was searching for a recipe before and i got everything that i need from you guy (thanks!!!) except for the fact that for the sauce it only says it is made of
heavy cream
parmesan cheese
cornstarch slurry
salt
and pepper

but it doesnt say how much of each of those things i need to make the sauce come out right
does anyone have any clue as to the ammounts of each ingredient that i need?
