4 pork chops, 1-1.5 inches thick
1 large red apple cored, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon powered garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat skillet to medium heat.
Sprinkle pork chops with garlic. Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops on both sides
Add apples into skillet. Cover and cook until valve whistles.
Reduce heat and cook 15-20 minutes.

Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
1 roasting chicken (3-4 lbs)
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
6 spring potatoes/red potatoes
1 broccoli head
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
Cut broccoli into medium pieces. Cut potatoes in halves. Add potatoes and broccoli into pan.
Rub oil over chicken and season. Place chicken in pan and cook over medium heat.
When valve whistles, reduce heat. Cook additional 30-40 minutes (10 minutes per lb).
Release pressure and remove chicken. Place chicken on low pan and place into oven.
Brown chicken in oven at 350 degrees.

Baked Ham and Potatoes
one 4 lb center-cut ham
8 medium-sized baking potatoes
Rinse ham and place in pan. Halve potatoes and place in pan on ham. Cover and cook on medium.
When valve whistles, reduce heat to low and cook for 50 minutes (approximately 20 minutes per pound).
Turn off, release pressure and serve.
