ISO: Waterless Cooker Recipes

My mother passed away this past September at the age of 90. I couldn't let the waterless cooker go in the estate sale, but I have no idea how to cook in it!! Today I went on the Ask Jeeves web site after going through Google & e-bay to no avail. Have you been successful in finding any recipes? I have noticed that Mary Dunbar may have been affiliated with Jewel Tea and I haven't pursued that yet.

Please let me know if you've made any progress with recipes. I'd love to cook at least once with this waterless cooker!!
