Recipe(tried): Wedding Reception Picnic - Here are a few ideas
Holidays, CelebrationsIt is cute to make mini hot dogs and burgers. You can make the burger patties up and cook them and freeze them. Adding to potato bun rolls the day before. Mini hotdogs are available allso or cut dogs in halve before cooking and then ends will smooth over as they cook. You can also do chicken wings of many varieties like fried, bbqed, etc and served with differant sauces. Corn Cobbettes are great too. Think mini size.Veggie sticks are also great. I think cupcakes are great. Remember if you go with mini desserts less cake will be eaten.
