Recipe: Small Wedding Receiption Menu Ideas - Reply to Nancy - Gulfport

Holidays, Celebrations
Hi, Nancy. I just had a couple of thoughts. It would be nice if you didn't have to work too hard preparing food for 50 people just before your wedding. What I'm going to say next is probably going to be shocking to this group of wonderful cooks, but here goes. Costco (yes, I'm serious) has some pretty good products that it sells in large quantities. You can find things like buffalo wings, prepared meatballs (just add sweet and sour sauce or whatever sauce you like), pierogies, cheeses, breads. If you have a Costco, Price Club, or even a Smart & Final, you might just take a field trip there and take a look. HOpefully you can get some ideas that will lessen your workload and make your special day less hectic! The very best of wishes to you, dear.
