We haven't been to town to forage in a while. While digging thru the freezer I found a package of boneless chicken thighs and a package of frozen spinach. Then I logged onto this site and searched for recipes using chicken and spinach. Yours popped up, sounded great and of course it was. We loved it. Thanks!
