WESTERN MEAT BALLS
Mix well:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
Shape in 8 balls.
Roll each ball in a mixture of 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Brown in hot fat in heavy skillet.
Add 1/4 cup finely cut onions.
Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in 1/4 cup Bar-B-Que sauce and 1 1/4 cup water.
Simmer covered for 45 minutes.
