Recipe: White Pizza Sauce

Pizza/Focaccia
Pizza Blanca Sauce (White Pizza Sauce)

This sauce does double duty on fettuccini for a quick Alfredo, or combine it
with mariner sauce for a "rosa" or mellow, creamy pasta topping.

2 tbs. margarine or butter
3 tbs. flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese or shredded havartiHeat margarine and stir in flour. Mix up to slightly cook flour. Slowly
whisk in milk, adding gradually to make a sauce. Stir in spices and cheese.
