Recipe: Whoopie Pies

This is a recipe that a friend of mine made. I have not made them myself :) Hope this is what you are looking for.

Whoopie Pies

3/4 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups sour milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa
Mix all together.Mixture is quite thick. Place by spoon on cookie sheet. Shape and flatten out. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 -15 minutes. Ice with butter icing.
