I saw the episode that you did and could'nt find a recipe, then it dawned on me.... I make brownies from scratch, the boys kept saying they tasted like brownies so I looked up a blondie recipe and the ingrediants were the same but don't add any chocolate chips or nuts or butterscotch.
I bet this is the recipe that we are looking for. They are brownies just with no chocolate melted in or mixed in. Give it a try! I am going to, instead of baking them in a 9x13 pan do it in mini muffin pans.
