ISO: 5 Specialty Recipes Wanted

I am trying to find 5 different recipes, but have not had any luck finding them. I have worked in fine dining most of my life, and I was hoping someone might be able to help me wih finding these recipes:

1) Stuffed Sole Monterey
2) Red Lobsters Seafood Gumbo Soup
( or similar)
3) Quiche Florentine
4) Cherry Mustard Sauce
5) Swedish Meatballs and Gravy
