ISO: ? about pot roast with onions (using diet Coca-Cola)

I am making the Pot roast with onions, using Coca-Cola and am not sure how to proceed after, adding the Cola,beef boullion and red wine vinegar and cover,then what? Should it then be cooked for a cerain length of time? If any one has an answer to this, I would appreciate a reply. Thanks.
