ISO: Ainsley Harriot Apple Cobbler Recipe

Awhile ago I was watching the Ainsley Harriot show
(obviously, since it is no longer on) I got got a
recipe for apple cobbler. I have lost the recipe and was wondering if anyone would happen to have a copy. I know that the dough had alot of butter in it and was sweet. I wanted to make this again for my husbands birthday any help would be greatly apprieciated(sp?) since there is no longer a web site for the show. Sorry about the spelling errors.
