ISO: Another Ainsley Recipe

Misc.
I have been searching all over for a recipe of Ainsley Harriot's that I lost. Two to be exact but I would love to have either. They are both from his old show. The first was for a Carambolas (star fruit) Cake that tasted like a cheese cake when it was done but wasn't. And the second was for his white chocolate tiramisu that I have gotten tons of raves on in the past. Several moves later and things start to disappear. If anyone could help me with these I would be so grateful.
