ISO: Albondigas or meatball Soup

I am looking for a mexican receipe for Albondigas soup. The one I want has rice and onions in the meatballs. I know there are potatos, carrots, onions, and tomatos (sauce?) in the soup. Not a lot of veggies besides the ones I just named. I can't seem to find a receipe like the restaurants serve here in California. It's not spicy hot either. Is there anyone out there who may have or know where to find this receipe? I would appreciate any help.
