ISO: Any more ideas for large, outdoor Christmas tree decorations?

These ornaments go on our large town Christmas tree in front of city hall.

I might take Vickis suggestion and have the Scouts cut out snowflakes or some other winter theme. If we can recycle items for ornaments that would be great!

Any more ideas out there?
