ISO: Large Ornament ideas needed please

Misc.
Does anyone have any new ideas for our Scout troop. We have made the giant candies with styrofoam plates covered in colored cellophane. Would love a new and inexpensive idea but I'm fresh out of ideas. They must be somewhat weatherproof and inexpensive too. Can you help? TIA!
