My sons are having a Puerto Rican themed birthday party this weekend, and I'd love to make them Arepas de Coco for their party snacks! Does anyone have a recipe they would share? I've found plenty of Arepas recipes, but none for Arepas DE COCO! :) Thanks in advance!
