ISO: Baileys Irish Cream Eggnog Bavarian

this recipe was in a small booklet attached to a bottle of baileys irish cream and was purchased sometime in the late eighties. it was delicious. i lost the little booklet when i moved several years ago. any help finding this recipe would be appreciated.
