Recipe: Chicken-Rice Bake (using Minute Rice and onion soup mix)

CHICKEN-RICE BAKE

3 cups hot water
1 1/3 cups uncooked instant rice
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 whole chicken, cut up
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Paprika

Put hot water, rice, (undiluted) soup and onion soup mix in a 13x9-inch baking dish and mix well.

Place chicken pieces on top. Pour melted butter over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
