ISO: Baked Brie

Misc.
While in South Carolina this past summer, I purchased a wonderful baked brie with a cranberry & apple filling. It had a wonderful puff crust around it. I purchased it at a Harry & David (I think that's the name) outlet store. I tried to purchase it from their catalog but was told that they do not carry it anywhere but at that outlet, and only occasionally then. Does anybody out there have a recipe that could possibly duplicate this? It was absolutely wonderful. Thanks.
