ISO: Bakers Square French apple cheesecake

Hi all I'm searching for my favorie Bakers Squar pie recipe. I tis a wonderful cheescake with tart apples and a buttercrumb crust. I buy it at least 5 times a year for family events,(and slices whenever I can) but would love to make it. Can you help me come close? :)
