ISO: Bakers Square French Apple Cream Cheese pie

Misc.
I would also love to find this recipe; others I've tried are not nearly as good. I was born in Park Ridge, IL, and loved getting pie at Bakers Square. I liked the French Silk, which was usually people's favorite, but my all-time favorite was the French Apple Cream Cheese!
