ISO: baking in oven or bread machine

While searching the web today for help with my bread machine I can across this site. It looks wonderful and have read many of the messages posted, looks like a great group.
I have been wanting to try to bake my bread in the oven and not in the bread machine, can anyone give me some pointers as I have alway baked in the machine.
