I let the bread machine mix and knead the dough and go through the first rising process. Then I take it out, punch it down and form into a loaf and let rise, covered with a dish towel, in a warm place. When it has doubled it's bulk, I bake it in the oven at 350 degrees until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
