ISO: Bar Cookie with Fudge center

I am looking for a cookie that was made with a thin layer of
cookie dough then fudge like center with nuts. This cookie was topped with another very thin layer of cookie dough.
These were cut into bars and where delicious. I think a
package of cookie dough was used. Like a sugar cookie dough. I would like to use this one for Halloween or Christmas. These are that good.
