Jan, you can substitute for the Chambord

The web has various substitution reccomendations including fruit syrup or extract (use MUCH less), but I have used fruit juice (orange) in place of Grand Marnier in other recipes with good results. There are some that claim there is no suitable substitution as Chambord is said to have overtones of honey and vanilla. Since you were just looking for a chocolate filling I would be tempted to leave it out.Micha
